HOTEL RESERVATIONS

IMAV shuttles will pick you up every morning near the city center and drop you off at the IMAV conference/competition. In the evening, including the last day of the conference, a shuttle will pick you up at the IMAV conference/competition site and drop you off at the city center

Shuttle IMAV buses (VERBUS) will pick you up every morning downtown (see map above) and drop you at ISAE-SUPAERO or Francazal Airfield :

– Monday Sept. 18 at 7.45am downtown pick-up point (see map above), drop off point at ISAE-SUPAERO around 8.15am

– Tuesday Sept. 19 at 8am downtown pick-up point (see map above), drop off point at ISAE-SUPAERO around 8.30am

– Wednesday Sept. 20 at 8am downtown pick-up point (see map above), drop off point at Francazal airport around 8.30am

– Thursday Sept. 21 at 8am downtown pick-up point (see map above), drop off point at ISAE-SUPAERO around 8.30am

Other shuttle laps:

– Monday Sept. 18 at 5.45pm from ISAE-SUPAERO to the Welcome Reception (City Hall), arrival around 6.20pm

– Tuesday Sept. 19 at 6pm from ISAE-SUPAERO to the downtown pickup point, arrival around 6.30pm

– Wednesday Sept. 20 at 6.15pm from Francazal airport to the Banquet Hall, arrival around 6.30pm

– Wednesday Sept. 20 at 6.30pm from Francazal airport to downtown pickup point, arrival around 7.15pm

– Wednesday Sept. 20 at 10pm from the Banquet Hall to the downtown pickup point, arrival around 10.30pm

– Thursday Sept. 21 at 6.30pm from ISAE-SUPAERO to the downtown pickup point, arrival around 7.15pm
